Gloria Church

Gloria Church is one of Mumbai's old Roman Catholic landmarks. The parish traces its origins to a Portuguese Franciscan church founded in 1632, while the present grey stone Gothic Revival building dates from 1913.

The tall steeples and pointed arches make it a strong landmark in Byculla, and the church is worth a short detour if you are exploring the older Catholic and colonial layers of central Mumbai.
