Jindo Geumgolsan Five-story Stone Pagoda is a compact historic stop connected with the former Haewolsa Temple site. Its stonework is thought to show Baekje influence carried into the Goryeo period.
It is a short visit, best combined with other Jindo sights rather than treated as the main reason to cross the island.
