2 Blogs for Ireland

A chronicler of Ireland's built heritage, lost and found, and a photographer of its prehistoric monuments and their folklore

Most Irish travel blogs also cover somewhere else. These two write about the whole island and nothing outside it. One is a writer who has documented thousands of Irish buildings, from great houses to roofless churches. The other photographs the island's stone circles, tombs and standing stones together with the stories told about them.

For blogs that cover a single place, see the lists on Dublin, Cork, Galway, the Burren, Donegal and Belfast.
