The Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal contours along the side of the Usk valley with the Beacons on the other side, and a day boat is the lazy way to see it. Eight-seat electric boats go out from a private wharf at Llangattock, across the river from Crickhowell. There are also cycle boats, canoes and paddleboards.
