Red kites were almost extinct in Britain, hanging on only in these hills of mid Wales. Today hundreds of wild birds come in to the daily feed at this hill farm on the edge of Rhayader. The feed is at 2pm in winter and 3pm in summer time. There are photography hides for serious photographers.
