The Gribin is the narrow ridge that separates Solva harbour from the little beach of Gwadn to the east. A path climbs from the harbour car park past the lime kilns and runs along the spine of the ridge to the rocky end, where there are traces of an Iron Age fort. The views up the harbour to the village and out across St Brides Bay are the best in Solva.
The national park's Gribin loop is 0.8 miles, with steep sections but no stiles. Allow an hour if you want to sit at the top.
