A Belizean family operation on Burns Avenue, and one of the licensed operators for Actun Tunichil Muknal — the cave where you wade and swim in, then climb barefoot through chambers of Maya pottery to the calcified skeleton of a sacrificed girl. Entry is capped and only licensed guides may take you; cameras have been banned inside since one was dropped on a skull.
They also run Caracol deep in the Chiquibul, the cave tubing, Xunantunich across the ferry, canoeing on the Macal, horses and birding. San Ignacio is the base for all of it, and the ruins are close enough that the cave and a ruin fit into one long day.
