José Cuervo's visitor operation in the town of Tequila, built around La Rojeña, the family's distillery in the centre and, as Cuervo tells it, the oldest working distillery in Latin America. They give no street address, so the pin is on the town.
The basic Jose Cuervo Experience is an hour and a half through the distillery with a four-glass tasting. The bigger product is the Jose Cuervo Express, a train out of Guadalajara through the agave fields to Tequila and back over a long day, with special runs around the Day of the Dead.
