They say they created the Ruta del Arte, Queso y Vino in 2007, and they run it every day from their office a block off the plaza, from two people up.
The adults' tour pairs cheese in the Bocanegra cave, a vineyard visit with three wines at De Cote, and a sparkling-wine tasting in the Freixenet cellars, ending at their own shop. The family version swaps in Quesería La Biquette and Viñedos Azteca. They also put together balloon-flight and hotel packages, and a trip to the opal mines.
