Turista Róga is the state tourist office on Calle Palma, open seven days a week from 07:00 to 19:00, with maps, leaflets, multilingual staff and a couple of exhibition rooms. It is also the starting point of the Club de Caminantes, which is the only regular guided walk of central Asunción anybody runs.

Walks leave at 10:00, Monday to Thursday, with the guide Lili Müller, and each day takes a different theme through the casco histórico — the Casa de la Independencia, the Panteón de los Héroes, the Archivo Nacional, the old CAPASA distillery's museum, the Museo de Economía in the central bank. It begins with a stretch, which tells you the intended audience is as much asunceno as foreign, and that is rather the point of it.

No price is published. Ask on the WhatsApp, +595 983 981 212, which is the number SENATUR itself points you at.
