Glasgow's local writing is about the city's fabric and its people rather than its sights. One is a one-person community site that has covered the West End and the wider city every day since 2003. Another is the heritage trust that spots the murals, carvings and lifts most people walk past. The third is the city's own tourism team, following a band's Glasgow street by street.
Between them they lead to Glasgow's last village, Alasdair Gray's murals and archive, and the pubs and bridges of the West End.
