TYF says coasteering began on this coast in the mid-1980s, and it has been running adventures from St Davids for more than thirty years. The half-day coasteering session works its way along the cliffs by scrambling, swimming and jumping, in a wetsuit and helmet, from age eight. It also runs sea kayaking, surfing, climbing and paddleboarding.
