Tintern is compact, but the best sights are strong. Tintern Abbey is the essential visit, while The Devil's Pulpit gives the classic high view back over the abbey and Wye Valley. For an easier walk, follow the Wye Valley Greenway or stop at The Old Station, a former railway station turned countryside visitor site.
