A dive centre on the Seven Mile Beach strip, diving the reef off Negril and the sites along the West End cliffs — including the Throne Room, a cavern at about 20 metres with a big barrel sponge in it, which is the dive everyone here talks about.
Negril's diving is shallow, warm and easy, which makes it a good place to learn; they run courses from Discover Scuba upwards. The reef has taken a beating from bleaching and hurricanes over the years, so temper expectations set by photographs from the eighties.
