A Monterrey canyoning crew whose Matacanes All Inclusive is a 19-kilometre, eight-to-ten-hour descent with about four hours of transfers on top. Groups gather at the car park of the Hotel Cola de Caballo in Santiago at half past six the evening before, which is where the pin sits — they publish no office address.
The season runs March to October, the minimum age is twelve and groups need at least five. Beyond Matacanes they sell Hidrofobia, a full-moon Chipitín, the 100-metre rappel into Cueva de la Virgen, Pico Licos, Nido de los Aguiluchos, the Vértigo and Terresi via ferratas and a rappel workshop.
