A small Sonoran operator, running since 2017 with a permit from CONANP, the national parks agency, for the El Pinacate y Gran Desierto de Altar biosphere reserve. Tours leave Hermosillo at six in the morning. The pin is on the city.
The core trips are overnight camps in the reserve — a night under the stars among the giant craters, a moonlit night in the dunes of the Gran Desierto — with a four-day "Sonora Salvaje" circuit for those with longer. They also run day trips to Isla Tiburón and San Carlos, and pick up in Puerto Peñasco on the dunes trip. Guiding is in Spanish only.
