The national park is a coastline, not a block of land, and its activities are on and around the water. St Davids is the hub in the north-west, Tenby and Saundersfoot in the south, and Martin's Haven is the departure point for Skomer. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path links them all, 186 miles from Amroth to St Dogmaels. Seabird season on the islands runs from April to July; the seals pup in autumn.
