Granada's tours are the isletas, Mombacho and the volcanoes within an hour. Kayaking the isletas is better than the motor-launch version — quieter, closer to the birds, and you can get into channels the boats cannot.
Masaya after dark, when you can see the lava lake glowing in the crater, is the standout day trip and is usually sold as an evening run from here.
